一、学校介绍

bcit是加拿大目前规模最大的综合性应用理工大学。bcit下设运输分院、计算机分院、制造与电子及机械分院、卫生科学分院、商学院、建筑工程及环境分院、远程教育分院、教学与学习中心、研究生分院和应用研究中心，共有四百多个专业与方向。

bcit的教学模式包括学历教育与非学历教育。通过全日制课程、非全日制课程和远程课程等方式授课，证书、文凭与学位教育可以进行有机的衔接。学生可先入读证书或文凭课程，再继续完成学位课程。学历教育包括专科、本科及研究生课程。由高教部授权，bcit可颁发大专文凭、技术学士学位、应用硕士学位和荣誉博士学位非学历教育包括多种行业与岗位证书课程，例如国际货物代理师，国际室内装璜设计师等。

办学最突出的特点是，培养目标根据就业市场适时进行调整，课程设计和授课模式均根据企业需要实行弹性灵活机制，以使学生同时具备就业和创业两种能力，高薪高就业率在加拿大排名第一位；
