香港法律硕士详解一二

法律授课式硕士分为三种：
LLM：Master of Laws  1年
JD：Juris Doctor 3-4年
PCLL：Postgraduate Certificate in Laws 

香港法律硕士LLM入学申请资格：

GPA：3.5+
雅思：7分+，小分不要小于6.5
实习：最好有1-2份
科研：最好有，水的都行
通过司考，奖学金等奖励

尽量通过司考，就算港校没有拿到心仪的offer，还可以考虑金杜，中伦，大成这类的工作实习。

司考对于港申没有那么重要，但是没过司考，即使有LLM回国也很难进好的律所

一.香港大学
1.港大LLM专业:
Master of Law
Master of Laws in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution 仲裁与争议 
Master of Laws in Chinese Law 中国法
Master of Laws in Corporate & Financial Law 企业与金融法
Master of Laws in Human Rights 人权
Master of Laws in Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law 知识产权
Master of Laws in Compliance and Regulation 监管
MCL：Master of Common Law 推荐，主要是针对大陆地区学生的

2.MCL和LLM都是一年的，MCL主要是给开设给本科不是学Common Law的学生，所以很符合大陆学生的要求。有专门一门Understanding common law带你入门。

3.语言要求：雅思7分+，单科6.5分，托福97分+，这是基本要求 

二.香港中文大学
1.LLM专业：
Master of Laws in Chinese Business Law 中国商法
Master of Laws in Common Law 普通法
Master of Laws in International Economic Law国际经济学法
录取要求和港大类似，必须本科是学法律的或有多年法律从业经验的。

2.雅思6.5分+，托福88分+，这是最最基本要求 

三.香港城市大学
1.LLM方向：
Master of Laws in Chinese and Comparative Law 中国与比较法

Master of Laws in International Economic Law 国际商法

Master of Laws in Common LawMaster of Laws in Maritime and Transportation Law 海事运输法

Master of Laws in Intellectual Property and Technology Law 知识产权 法

Master of Laws in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution 监管 法
